If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product:

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us assess any issues fairly and quickly.

  • The unboxing video must start before the package is opened, showing the parcel from all sides.

  • The entire process of opening and inspecting the product must be recorded without cuts.

  • If you find any damage, defect, or wrong item during unboxing, please report it immediately.

Only claims supported by an unboxing video will be considered for exchange.

Important: The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video for your claim to be eligible.
