The unboxing video must start before the package is opened, showing the parcel from all sides.
The entire process of opening and inspecting the product must be recorded without cuts.
If you find any damage, defect, or wrong item during unboxing, please report it immediately.
Only claims supported by an unboxing video will be considered for exchange.
Important: The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video for your claim to be eligible.
